Delivery
Free delivery for orders with $100 and above. For orders less than $100 will be subjected to a flat rate of $20 delivery charges. For deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island, additional delivery charges is applicable. Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. Please contact DeFoodie Mart at 9672-4687 for further details.

Delivery Hours: 
Mondays - Fridays between 10.00am to 5.00pm. 
No delivery on weekend and public holiday

Note:

1. Delivery is limited to 1 location per order.
2. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the purchases at the listed address – in situations wherein nobody is around to receive the purchases, the purchases will be returned to our office.
3. If purchase are returned to our office due to the absence of the recipient, delivery charges will not be refunded.
4. If delivery is requested for a 2nd delivery due to the absence of the recipient, a $20 delivery charge will be applicable.
5. If all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon delivery, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
6. We do not deliver to restricted areas including, but not limited to, military institutes, airports, ports etc. 
7. Last delivery is on the 7th Feb 2024

Collection Period from 16th Dec 2022 - 19th Jan 2023
Collection Hours: Mondays-Fridays 10:00am - 4:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am - 11:00am. 

Note: 

1. For Self Collection, please note that pickup of orders will only be available 1 day after confirmation of orders from DeFoodie Mart. 
2. All orders have to be collected within 3 days from order confirmation.
3. Customer will need to confirm their date and timing 1 day in advance of pickup.
4. In the event that orders are not collected on the agreed date and time, there will be no refund or exchange. 
5. All orders are to be self-collected at the selected store with printed email confirmation as proof of purchase. 
6. All purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon self-collection, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed once the recipient has completed their collection.

7. Items not collected by 7th Feb 2024 will be void and no refund will be given.
