For deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island, additional delivery charges is applicable. No delivery on weekend and public holiday
- Delivery is limited to 1 location per order.
- Please ensure someone will be available to receive the purchases at the listed address – in situations wherein nobody is around to receive the purchases, the purchases will be returned to our office.
- If purchase are returned to our office due to the absence of the recipient, delivery charges will not be refunded.
- If delivery is requested for a 2nd delivery due to the absence of the recipient, a $18 delivery charge will be applicable.
- If all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon delivery, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
- We do not deliver to restricted areas including, but not limited to, military institutes, airports, ports, etc.

Collection Period from 2nd Jan 2019 - 1st Feb 2019
Collection Hours: Mondays-Fridays 10:00am - 4:00pm, Saturdays: 9:00am - 11:00am.
- For Self Collection, please note that pickup of orders will only be available 2 days after confirmation of orders from DeFoodie Mart.
- All orders have to be collected within one week from order confirmation.
- Customer will need to confirm their date and timing 2 days in advance of pickup.
- In the event that the orders are not collected on the agreed date and time, there will be no refund or exchange.
- All orders are to be self-collected at the selected store with printed email confirmation as proof of purchase. Purchases cannot be collected without printed email.
- All purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon self-collection, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed once the recipient has completed their collection.
Items not collected by 1st Feb 2019 will be void and no refund will be given.
